Patrick Quinn: Mixed-Media & Assemblage Artist

I am a Mixed-Media artist who works mainly with found objects and salvaged materials.  The work tends to be raw and emotional.  A vintage suitcase can serve as a canvas.  An old photo can tell a new  story.  My work will often mix these found elements with more traditional mediums.  Stained glass techniques, metal sculpture, and ink printing have all been incorporated into my work.  My goal is to create work that tells a story.  Each piece asks the viewer to interpret the story   and come to their own conclusions.
I invite you to spend a few moments looking at my work.  Just click on each of the categories and follow the drop-down menus.  Ironically, I was asked a few years ago to write an article describing how my life as a visual artist relates to my job as an Art Director for Halloween.  Follow the drop-down link from the Home category and check out the story.
